About Painters Project
Painters Project is a unique meeting between the human form, its artistic interpretation by the painter and the camera lens. In a series of shoots, Eric offers some of the world’s most forward-thinking artists the chance to work with the best models hand-selected from throughout his career, using their bodies as the canvas upon which the art is created. Though he does not direct their visions, he is on hand to document them with his stunning photography, resulting in a gallery of artwork like no other.
Red Dot Miami and Art Basel Miami Beach
In recognition of the ground-breaking nature of Painters Project, a handful of Eric’s pictures are being exhibited for five days at Red Dot Miami by the gallery Frederic Got. Among the artwork on show is Fernando Canovas’ stunning ‘Splash’, featuring model Veronique, as well as the shimmering self-titled piece by Sophie Coucke and Etiyé. The diverse fusion of nationalities and culture that come together in Eric’s work will be right at home at one of the world’s premier contemporary art festivals.
To date, Eric Ceccarini has collaborated with approximately 85 artists and published well over 100 pictures, combining a mixture of styles and cultures from all over the globe. At present, he is also currently working on My Carnival, examining the dynamic between eroticism and personality and Mother Nature, which explores the human body and its relationship with the natural world.
